Worship is a vital part of our Christian life here at Bayside. Without worship our assembling together would only rival that of a civic or private club. Worship, however, is the central thing that brings us together Sunday after Sunday so that we can:
focus on the Holiness of God
feed on the Truth of God
dwell on the Beauty of God
be devoted to the Will of God

We have an exciting children's worship arts program here at Bayside.
Our children are divided age specifically into 4 different teams.
First Steps 3 year olds Room E-212
Praisewalkers 1 4 year olds Room E-207
High Steppers Grades 1-2 Room E-203
Crosstrainers Grades 3-5 Room E-204
There is a place for children of all ages. Each worship team usually performs at least once a semester on Sunday evenings. All children participate in a Christmas and spring program.
Rehearsals for all worship teams are held 4:45-5:45 p.m. on Sunday afternoons between September and May.

Bayside School of Performing Arts
The Bayside School of Performing Arts exists to provide an affordable means for individuals of all ages to study music.
Private Lessons are currently offered in voice, piano, guitar, bass, violin and trumpet. (Instruction in other instruments is offered seasonally.)
Classes are available for preschoolers age birth -4 years through the Musik Garten program. This is a fun and creative discovery class that teaches both child and parent while providing a wonderful opportunity for bonding.

Sanctuary Orchestra
The Sanctuary Orchestra rehearses from 5:30—6:45 p.m. every Wednesday evening and plays in every Sunday morning worship service. The Sanctuary Orchestra allows those who God has blessed with the ability to play a band or orchestra instrument to use their talent for his glory. It is open by audition to any individual high school age and up.
Praise Band
The Praise Band plays every Sunday evening. Rehearsal precedes the service at 5:00 p.m. This group is also formed by audition only as need arises.
The PrayZChoir consists of 6th-12th grade students who have the desire to serve the Lord by using their voices to sing praises to glorify the Lord! We have a theme verse from I Corinthians 10:31 that says, “Therefore, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” We want to sing with musical excellence to exalt the Lord not anyone else.
If you are a student that is in this age group, we would love to have you come and be a part of this great ministry! We rehearse on Sunday’s at 4:00pm in the Music Suite and we sing every other Sunday for the evening worship service.
We want to welcome each new member in the PrayZChoir!!! We are going to have an AWESOME year getting to know each other and singing praises to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords!!
Remember that we were made to worship Christ and that is what we will do in the Bayside PrayZChoir.

Adult Music Ministry
Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir rehearses Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. We begin in the Sanctuary with the Orchestra then move to the Music Suite to rehearse until 8:00 p.m. The Sanctuary Choir is open to all adults from college age on up. The Sanctuary Choir provides worship through song in both morning services.

Praise Team
The Praise Team is formed through a select audition of our Sanctuary Choir members. Auditions are conducted only as need arises. The Praise Team is a committed group of individuals that rehearse on Wednesday night from 5:30 p.m.
The Praise Team assists the Worship Leader in leading congregational singing.

If you can sing or play an instrument, there is a place for you to serve in our Adult Worship Ministry. Check out our schedule below and come to one of our next rehearsals. You will be blessed by meeting new friends and knowing that you are using your talents for the Lord.
