GENERAL INFORMATION:
Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the Bayside Baptist Church
anytime between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The early registration cost per child for basketball is $60;
after November 19, the cost is $70.
The early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $65;
after November 19, the cost is $75.
Deadline for registration is November 28.
Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $13.
Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $13.
$10 discount for multiple children. Fees must be paid before.
EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS:
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will take place at the Bayside Baptist Church
Multipurpose Building as follows:
K-5 through 2nd Grade Boys/Girls
Monday, November 7, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
3rd through 5th Grade Boys/Girls
Tuesday, November 8, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
6th through 8th Grade Boys/Girls
Thursday, November 10, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
Practices begin the week of Monday, December 12, 2011.
First Game - Friday, January 6, 2012
Awards Celebration - Saturday, March 6, 2012
