Everyone faces fears in life. In the days before Jesus was born, fear also gripped many people of that day. The story from the gospels shows us that even godly people have fear.
Yet, the message of the birth of Christ to those who were filled with fear was…Fear Not. Fear not because of who God is and what he is doing, even when you can’t see it. The reminders from the angel of the Lord to Fear Not draw us in to see our fears in light of who God is. The story leading up to the birth of Christ shows us how God meets us in our deepest fears and how he is present with us no matter what comes our way.
Join us Tuesday, December 24 as we celebrate Christmas at Bayside.
